This study aims to evaluate and analyze the strategic implementation of Christian Religious Education (PAK) ministries in promoting the spiritual growth of the congregation at GBI Lorong Karto. In the contemporary church context, spiritual growth is not only measured quantitatively such as attendance at worship services but also qualitatively through theological understanding, faith maturity, and life practices that reflect Christian values. Therefore, a strategic approach to PAK ministry is essential to holistically address the dynamic spiritual needs of the congregation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through field observation, in-depth interviews with PAK ministers and congregants, and document analysis. The findings reveal that strategies such as participatory teaching methods, strengthening relationships between educators and congregants, contextualization of learning materials, and the integration of digital technology play a significant role in shaping a more mature, reflective, and applicable spiritual life. The study also highlights an increase in spiritual disciplines (prayer, Bible reading, worship), active involvement in ministry, and daily behavioral transformation aligned with the principles of the Gospel. It concludes that a well-designed, contextual, and relational PAK ministry has strong potential to foster sustainable spiritual development among church members. Local churches are encouraged to adopt these strategies as models to strengthen their faith education efforts in facing the challenges of the present era.
