The digital era has brought significant lifestyle changes among students, often characterized by reduced physical activity, sedentary behavior, and limited face-to-face interaction. These conditions raise concerns not only about students’ physical health but also about their character development. Physical education (PE) serves as a strategic approach to address these challenges by promoting healthy lifestyle habits while simultaneously fostering values such as discipline, cooperation, and responsibility. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review and previous research findings. Results indicate that PE provides experiential learning opportunities through physical activities and sports, which help students adopt active lifestyles and internalize character values. Furthermore, PE supports the integration of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains that are essential for holistic student development. In the context of the digital age, revitalizing PE programs is essential to equip students with resilience, ethical behavior, and a balanced lifestyle in facing technological advances.
