The problem in this research is that the learning models used by teachers are not varied and the learning process tends to be teacher-centered. This research aims to determine the effect of using the CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) model on students' learning outcomes in the subject of Pancasila Education for Grade IV at UPT SDN 001 Pasar Doloksanggul. This research was conducted at UPT SDN 001 Pasar Doloksanggul using quantitative research methods with a pre-experimental design employing a one-group pretest-posttest design, which is a type of research conducted on one group of subjects that is given treatment. The subjects of this research are 27 students, including of 14 male students and 13 female students. The object being studied in this research is the learning outcomes of students in the subject of Pancasila Education by using the CTL learning model. Data were collected through a test instrument in the form of multiple-choice questions consisting of 20 questions. With an average pre-test result of 66.48 and an increase in the average post-test to 77.77. The calculation results through the test show p (sig(2-tailed)) of 0.000 because the p value < 0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From these results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) model on students' learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject with the material of Community Life Patterns for the fourth grade at UPT SDN 001 Pasar Doloksanggul.
