The doctrine of eternal salvation (John 10:28-29) is understood as a strong guarantee that cannot be thwarted. However, there is still uncertainty about its practical impact on the life of faith and its relevance in the midst of challenges of faith. This research aims to analyze the theological meaning of the guarantee of eternal salvation and its implications. Using the descriptive qualitative method of literature study, the results show that this assurance, rooted in the power of Christ and the seal of the Holy Spirit, is a source of comfort and transformative power that encourages sanctification and faithfulness, not negligence. The important finding is that the internalization of this doctrine in the PAK curriculum enables students to build a strong faith identity, ethical character, and social responsibility. All three have been shown to be positively correlated with the dimensions of education and quality of life in the Human Development Index (HDI). Thus, a correct understanding of the guarantee of eternal salvation not only deepens spirituality, but also fosters value literacy, moral resilience, and work ethic—factors that strengthen human capital and contribute to the improvement of HDI through quality education, healthy living behaviors, and moral-based economic productivity. This assurance motivates holy living, overcoming doubt, and encouraging missions. In short, the correct understanding of the assurance of eternal salvation has profound implications for the character, ethics, and mission of believers, making it a driving force for dynamic faith.
